Barbara Berk
Born in New York City and now based near San Francisco, California, Barbara Berk weaves high karat gold and platinum sheet and wire by hand to create her precious metal "fabric."
She then shapes that gold or platinum "fabric" into 3-dimensional fine jewelry. Precious metal ribbons, ruffles, spirals and loops become necklaces and earrings, pendants and brooches. Barbara and Sherris have enjoyed working together on many exciting projects over the years, with stunning results.
