When you buy a gem from Sherris, you have a full week to live with it, examine it, and glory in its beauty. If you change your mind within that week, return it – unaltered and undamaged – for a full refund, minus shipping charges.

Every gem is unique, and every species of gem has it's own personality quirks. Apatites, opals and other gems are soft, and require more TLC than other gem species. Harder gems, such as amethysts, aquamarines, tourmalines and garnets can also be chipped or abraded over time. If you chip your gemstone during wear, send it back for repair at a modest charge. Sherris wants all her clients happy all the time!
