Tom Costigan is owner, principal Goldsmith and designer at J. Thomas Jewelers in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Tom was awarded 1st and 2nd place in the Custom Designer Competition at the Independent Jeweler Organization trade shows in Tampa 2006 and San Antonio 2007. He enjoys creating clean, bold designs with Sherris' carved gems.
